  • Yes, I provide complimentary consultations for all clients. This is a chance to discuss your vision, hair needs, and the best approach to achieve your desired look. If you require more than 5-10mins to discuss please Contact me.

  • It’s best to book your appointment at least one to two weeks in advance, especially for color services or specialty treatments, as my schedule fills up quickly.

  • It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world.

  • While I primarily work by appointment, I welcome walk-ins when availability allows. Please call ahead to check for openings. Or you can reference my calendar for availability on the Scheduling Page.

  • We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients and maintain smooth scheduling.

    Cancellations made without prior notice or on the same day of the appointment will incur a $10 fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in respecting our time and services.

  • Braids typically last 1-2 weeks depending on your at-home care. However, this is usually the ideal time to wash your hair to maintain scalp health and freshness.

  • Each product is thoroughly researched and carefully selected. Only the highest quality, eco-friendliest, and best smelling products are chosen. For exceptional results we provide a refined sensory experience.
